In your first session, you will meet with your Vital Trainer who will make an initial assessment of your specific case and be able to determine the best training plan for your needs. Then, you and your Vital Trainer will meet on a weekly basis to create a customized set of communication techniques that provide a framework of insights, principles and beliefs that let you look at life’s situations with a different perspective.

The amount of sessions that you will need depends on the reason you came in for the first time. The average number of visits for common cases is eight. Using your Vital Training tools, you will have the confidence to choose how you will react, and what conduct will produce the desired outcome for you.
